These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Virtual Showroom at virtualshowroomai.com (the "Service"), operated by VISIONSPACE LLC ("Virtual Showroom", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Virtual Showroom is an AI-assisted tool for building-material sales. You photograph a customer's room or yard, apply products from a materials library, and the Service renders what the finished space would look like and estimates the materials the work would take.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photographs, renders, and other material you upload to or generate with the Service ("Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload — including permission to photograph a customer's property — and for how you use generated output.

4. Renders and estimates

A render is a visualization, not a specification: AI-generated images may differ from what is buildable, and colours on a screen are not a substitute for a physical sample. Areas, quantities, labor hours and prices shown in the Service are estimates derived from a photograph and from typical market rates. Measure the space and confirm pricing with your supplier and installer before ordering or quoting a customer.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful; to misrepresent a product you do not sell; or to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Fees

The Service is currently provided at no charge, and we do not collect payment or payment details. If that ever changes, we will say so in the product before any fee applies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output and estimates may be inaccurate; review them before relying on them or showing them to a customer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the product, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
