This Privacy Policy explains how VISIONSPACE LLC ("Virtual Showroom", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Virtual Showroom at virtualshowroomai.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, and authentication data provided through our sign-in provider. Content — the room and yard photographs you upload, the renders generated from them, and the notes and product choices attached to a project. Usage data — log and device information such as IP address, browser type, and feature usage, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. Photographs of other people's property

The Service is built around photographs of a customer's home. Those photographs are your Content and we treat them as confidential: we use them only to run the features you ask for, we do not publish them, and we do not use them to advertise the Service. You are responsible for having permission to photograph the property and to upload the picture.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to provide and improve the Service, process your requests (including AI rendering and estimating), maintain security, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) service providers that operate parts of the Service on our behalf — cloud hosting, authentication, and the AI model providers that process your photographs and prompts to produce a render; and (b) authorities when required by law. Service providers are bound to use data only to provide their service to us.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your account data and Content while your account is active. You may delete projects and photographs in the product, or request full account deletion by contacting us; we then delete associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

Transport is encrypted with TLS, uploaded Content is stored with our cloud provider under access control, and internal access to personal data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product, and the effective date above will be updated.
